General English

This course is delivered by Ntec’s sister school Concordia Institute of Business operating at the same premises as Ntec.

The General English course prepares international students for entry to University Foundation, National Certificate and Diploma courses, entry to polytechnics, and undergraduate and postgraduate university degree programmes.

The course provides non-English speaking students with:

• Structured language learning opportunities in an organised, safe and friendly environment
• Beginner, elementary, intermediate and advanced classes
• Regular assessment of student progress
• A variety of learning strategies to provide constructive and interesting classes

During orientation, students will sit an internal placement test and be assigned to a class to suit their English ability.

Duration

Students can sign up for courses 4 to 72 weeks, depending on their English Level and the proficiency desired.
